David Peri - A marketing consultant to the aerospace and outdoor recreation industries, and president of Peri-scope Marketing & Strategic Services, Inc., Mr. Peri won a competitive bid as concessionaire of the Chief Hosa Campground, Denver’s oldest mountain park, from the City of Denver in 1998. He invested more than $1M in the city property and had as many as 20 employees. After numerous broken agreements, he has reluctantly been in litigation against the City since 2006.
